What about using that time for RC4? :)

My feeling is that this could be the last RC; we could declare strict
commit rules after it, branch new 2.4.x and release 2.4.0 with minimum
changes after month or so?

Yes, also looking at your domain, you might get way better speed
from our .za mirror.

ftp://ftp.lyx.org (using ncftp on the command line :-)-O).


It's a different ftp server. That one has not been moved.

Since
1.) It is tested on mac
2.) Uses cmake variable LYX_BUNDLE=ON (which is only used on mac so far as I 
can see)

I do not expect problems with other OP's.
