Docbook support is not quite finished so we will most likely have at
least one more prerelease before 1.0.4 proper.

- - better scroll-wheel support (found on certain mice)
- - custom-pagesize support is better. (really a bug)

When starting LyX on the console or on an X server where you have no right
to connect or when no DISPLAY variable is set it just seg faults in

I just installed Xess 4.2, a commercial UNIX spreadsheet program, which is
now available for $69 from www.ais.com. This is a major new release, and
they slashed the price (from $199).
It has an "export LaTeX tabular" facility, which generates code of
sufficient quality to be translated by reLyX,
