Compiles fine with Debian Wheezy, but the fresh examples/fr/beamer.lyx and

Oh, yes, I forgot to add them to the makefile. Didn't occur to me.

Minor Update to 2.1.2 Tarballs

Jean-Pierre noted that I had forgotten to include a couple new French 
beamer examples in the tarballs. Didn't update the makefile. I've 
rebuilt the tarballs with these files included. It doesn't seem worth 
delaying the release for this, but if people want to rebuild the 
binaries, we can name them -1 or whatever, and I'll upload them later.
