Lars could you please explain me the wheel_jump value? Shouldn't it be
a value in % of the workarea-height? As it is now it seems that it is
the number of rows to scroll, but then we have a hack in scrollDown
which set's this to the workarea-height - (defaultHeight)! IMO this

Default is the one of you LaTeX installation and it normally isn't latin1
