If I do the following:
cd lib/doc/ja && lyx -e lyx20x UserGuide.lyx && lyx UserGuide.20.lyx
and then go to File > Export > LaTeX (pLatex)
I get the following error:
Could not find LaTeX command for character '§' (code point 0xa7)
Is this worth fixing?

Probably related to Jürgen's new features (thank you for working on
those!) on master, the following ctest now fails:

3. Make sure that editing is enabled, and turn off change tracking.
4. Scroll to the end.
5. Select multiple bib items.
6. Click on the yellow note.
7. Do Undo with ctrl + z.
