Now with LyX 2.3,  LaTeX insets with '{}' inside, are no more recognized
using advanced S and erroneous replacements of [ or ] no more occur.

Thanks for the test file, Emile. I cannot reproduce on Linux. I don't
think this is too surprising considering it seems to be a regular
expression engine issue.

I attach again the test file and am sending it to the lyx-devel list to
see if anyone else can reproduce.
