Dear all, I propose to freeze 2.3.x branch this Saturday at 23:59 UTC, in order to proceed with making tar balls. From now until then, only changes to the po files (and corresponding changes to layouttranslations), and changes to documentation can go in without first posting a patch to the list, as discussed at [1].
