FYI: I just added a new toolbar (off by default) to LyX 2.2dev for people
working on the documentation. It gives easy access to LyX and LaTeX logos
(bug 9626), which are no longer produced automatically if the phrases occur
in the text, so you do not need ERT separators anymore to prevent
