Hi!   Getting LyX installed on my WinME was not really that easy :) compared to installing MikTeX + WinEdt; however, since I might recommend it for use on other PCs at work, Linux and Win2K, I tried to get a feeling of what it is and does.   1.    Cygwin installed fine 2.    X-Win32
