BibTeX seems to be the flavour of the month (maybe for version 2.0 Lyx will have its own BibTeX interface, and we'll be saved all these problems!). OK, I finally got MLA style working (thanks, Herbert!) but URLs don't show up. I can get a URL to come up by using a different field, but the effect
