Does Lyx automatically provide the LaTeX italic correction sequence (\/) after every transition from italics back to regular font? If so, what happens when I import a LaTeX document with a whole bunch of those sequences already embedded? Will the effect be doubled? --Mark

Dear list, I've followed the LyX User Guide in trying to embed LaTeX in my xfig figures. But it doesn't work. I get a blank space the size of the figure. The command line output of view-ps says the name of my-figure.eps is not found, although the other files are found in the temp dir. Is this

Great, thanks it's working. But it's hard for people who are blond. I also tried to make the font of that chaptername small, I can put \small in the \def or in the fancyhead[C], but... it's not working. Latex is great, but hard to learn. But by the time I'm a latex guru, I will implement all
