Assuming you have the custom-bib packaged installed, look in the doc/latex/custom-bib directory under your LaTeX (not LyX) directory tree, and you should find the makebst.dvi file, which explains how to use custom-bib. To create mystyle.bst, do the following: 1. In a command window, type
