hi when i insert a citation reference (using natbib with author-year selected) with more than two authors, then the first author name is displayed in lyx (1.3.4) inside a grey box along with et al., and the year. but for some reason there is not whitespace between the author name and the et al.

hi, i'm trying to customize the makeindex inside lyx to use a given *.lst style, but i cannot find the way to do it inside lyx (1.3.4). instead, i must export to latex and execute the makeindex command in a console. is there any way of doing that inside lyx? thanks
