PS - PDF?

I have a question about converting file formats. In TexnicCenter there is an option to build a PDF by first going to PS and then PDF. I need this because I use Qtree and it won't display correctly unless I go from PS to PDF. How can I get this conversion? I'd like to have it so I can just click on

Thanks, but I can't upgrade to 1.3.6 for some weeks. Tex2Lyx seems to expect 1.3.6 files, so maybe that's why I got errors. This question is really about whether anyone has succeeded in making relyx work under windows. I found that if I created a null lyx file, I could take the relyx output
