I am using LyX 2.0.0, and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, as I
do not get instant preview working for the attached lyx file which contains
a tikz graph wrapped in instant preview.
Is it a problem on my side? (instant preview is enabled in the settings.)

Dear Sirs,
I just installed the LyX 2.0.0-3 installer exe word document it
downloaded and the page comes up on screen but it won't work.
I have a laptop computer windows vista basic, could you please let me
know what i have done wrong. I am a beginner with computers so don't
know very much.
To add packages to Lyx do the following:
1. Get the package you need from CTAN or by Googling it and copying the
text file packagename.sty to the appropriate place (depending on
your operating system: on my WINDOWS XP it is in:
C:\texlive\2010\texmf-dist\tex\latex\titlesec and on Linux:
