Tracking changes output errors

Hi people. I have a Ph.d thesis as a master document with various branches. I've been using track changes to edit individual chapters. My problem arise when I try to produce the Master document without showing changes. I keep getting ! Undefined control sequence.\lyxadded or \lyxdeleted. The
