Poor quality in ps and pdf

am using SuSE 6.4, LyX 1.1.4 og TeTeX 1.0.7-56. No special setup, but straight from rpm. Anyone experienced the same/found a solution? Regards Gunnar Andersson

Hello. I would like to creata my own shortcuts, like the M-m-8 to create the infinity sign or M-p-s to get the standard text environment. How can I do that? It is so boring to use the mouse to get a Definition in a AMS document... Gunnar.
