I am writing a stardard report in "report" document class. the report contains
several formulars (which are inserted with math-formula).
to write a header for the formulas, i've used the "paragraph" style (which
makes the heading text appear bold) for the word "definition:" above the
inser
fine, 1.4.3-3 now also runs on my machine.

I just downloaded and installed the new 1.4.3 windows binaries but
when I try to start lyx, nothing happens. obviously windows can't execute
the file...
whats the problem? had anybody else similar experiences?

there is a very practical style class called "Beschreibung" in the german
version (description). It makes the first word of a paragraph
bold and indents the rest of the text.
does anybody know if it is possible to user more than just a single word as
the highlighted and not-indented part of the

I'm having a table with 2 columns and multiple rows, first column contains
some short keywords,
second column a description. the descritpion can be some sentences long
which won't fit into
a single line.
within the lyx editor the line is broken but when I export the document to
DVI, pdf for exam

it can't be the only solution to create a new (bigger) table
and manually copying contents from the old one?
any tips appreciated!
