I've gone through the docs car
There was dicovered a semi-serious bug in 1.0.2 that could on certain
systems/shells/libraries cause the running of latex to only run once
and never again. We found a fix for this and are now releaseing a new
prelease to make sure there are no other subtle/stupid bugs.

Can those of you that does your own compiles and see this bug try
this:
Change line 520 in filetools.C to read:
TempBase = GetCWD();
and see if that makes a difference.
