I just reinstall packages with this line above, that's solved my problem.
sudo apt-get install texlive-publishers texlive-bibtex-extra --purge
--reinstall

I've got a real problem. I use an interface in french, and my document is
configured in english. But, when I compile it, I have not "table of
content", but "Table des matières" ! How can I fix that ? In Documents
settings / Language, English is default...
