.tex template .lyx template (import troubleshooting)

Dear lyx users As a novice, I would like to migrate from ms_word to latex_world using lyx_editor. I am supposed to use the attached .tex template but unluckily the import to lyx fails via Tex2LyxInvokedFromLyx. Any ideas? Many thanks. Thomas K My Setup: Latest LyX/Mac 1.4.0 and macTex
