Thanks! The use of Qt 3.3.5 solved all the configuration problems (maybe this should be noted in the INSTALL.MacOSX-file since the current instruction: Download the GPL-licensed Qt/Mac Free Edition library source code from http://www.trolltech.com/download/qt/mac.html points at version
