Never mind... I was looking at old documentation, and too dumb to check
that font-code was actually a command.

I installed LyX1.6.0RC2 on my Windows XP machine, accepting all the
defaults. I then made a 20x20 icon named font-code.png and put it in
C:\Program Files\Lyx16\Resources\images (and also in an "images"
subdirectory of my UserDir) and tried to add the following to the Standard
