Okay: my workaround for this moment: Adding pointlessnumbers as an extra option removes the trailing dot. Unfortunaly it removes the dots after the A und B of the appendices as well. Well, that's okay for the moment. I'm not sure whether this a a LyX error or a laTeX error or a koma-script
