Should be easy enough just look up the keycode of the Windows-key
(use xev for that) and define:
keycode your_key_code = Multi_key
With xev I got the keycode of the Windows key.

I'd like to define one of these windows (Meta-L, Meta-R and Menu) keys
as a modifier to act as a dead key allowing me to enter some diacritics
for sanskrit characters.
