IEEE Transaction on Communications style

Hello everybody, I've been using LyX and LaTex for almost one year, but never had to format any of my articles so precisely. Now I need to follow IEEE Tr. on Comm article format as closely as possible. I would appreciate any links to LaTex .sty or .cls, or to LyX format (class?)
