today I have seen, that there is a new version of LyTeX (Portable Lyx
Suite) availlable on
http://code.google.com/p/lytex/downloads/detail?name=LyTeX-1.6k-bin.exe.
It is based on LyX 1.6.5 and TeXLive 2009 and it seems to works well.
The next version seems to be expected with MikTeX.
