New ps2pdf can screw up, or else Acroread 8 screws up

Hi all, The new ps2pdf can screw up -- it can fail to correctly show Author, Title and the like when viewed in Acroread 8. I haven't tried viewing PDFs built with new ps2pdf on old Acroreads, so I can't draw a definitive conclusion. So I used ps2pdf12, and all the properties read correctly
