OK, I just saw this second message about apa and got curious why
anybody would want it, so I installed it. Here is the step-by-step
instruction on how you can install apa and apacite.
# su
(assuming you don't have the directory already: )
# mkdir -p /usr/local/share/texmf/tex/latex
# cd

should have mentioned i was using FC4 ... *slaps self*.

at start of document put
\usepackage{natbib}
in latex preamble
On my system natbib is here:
/usr/lib/teTeX/texmf/tex/latex/misc/natbib.sty
I have attached my own
