citation problem with publication from same author, same year

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I hope it's ok to ask. I already did an intensive search on the internet regarding my question but I somehow can't find any pages that are related. I have a problem with the implementation of a BibTex library in Lyx/ Latex. The problem occurs
