configuring 1.1.6pre2

As usual I have done cvs update then a ./configure --with-lyxname=lyx-1.1.6cvs --prefix=/usr/local/ but this time configure suddenly stopped issuing the following message checking for atexit... (cached) yes ./configure: line 11344: syntax error near unexpected token
