\displaystyle{} in Math-ed... a bug?

Hi guys, I am using LyX 1.0.1 on a Solaris 2.4 box. In Math-ed, \displaystyle just works only once . After save and load it, the latex command will disappear. Is this a bug? I know there is a thing like "math-size displaystyle", just don't know how to make it work. Again, no visual control mark d
