Dear Lyx-users
I have troubles using the endheads package with lyx (I am using Lyx 1.5.4 on Windows with Miktex; the endheads and fancy hdr packages are installed). I would be very much interested with a template or an example, if one was extant on the internet! (I have seen that there was a discussion on this subject on this list in December) I'd be very grateful for any help with the relevant command lines in the latex preamble and the ERT boxes I have to insert in the document!
