The integral signs for single and double integrals are different! I don’t think
this is correct typesetting. Is there a way to fix this or

It appears that lyx (in fac probably texlive, does not like the fourier
font.
Typically in math mode and specially when it in \bm mode
and absolutely not in a title,
same issue when using color.
