You might try something like:
\renewpagestyle{headings}[OPTIONAL]{
\headrule
\sethead{\chaptertitle}{}{\sectiontitle}
\setfoot{}{\usepage}{}
}
I put this in preamble and nothing occurs. When I
add \pagestyle{headings}
I get error: extra }
I chequed for {}
