Hi, I have a problem to install both latex-beamer and lyx.
the reason is that each package creates the file beamer.layout, that is if I installed lyx-common the file is created, and i I try to install latex-beamer I get error like this E: /opt/etch/lyx-common_1.5.0~beta1-2_all.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/lyx/layouts/beamer.layout', which is also in package latex-beamer If I installed first latex-beamer, I'd get error at the installation of lyx, I installed them both I 'd get same problem too. I've tried also to install one of them and manually remove beamer.layout from the directory and try to install the other. The problem is still there thanks for help best regards bela
