Can't you just use an 'underset' as in the attached photo? It's a
subset

I have a problem when I use \limits. If I enter for example \lim \limits
_test, test is written unter lim, which is exactly what I want. If I save
that file in my lyx1.6fix3 and open it after that, \limits had disappeared
and test is no longer unter lim.

You could try to create a macro

(or an equivalent \newcommand or math macro)
OK, that works.
This way you will lose the visual feedback, but the version on paper is ok.
