I suggest upgrading to lyx-1.1.5fix2, but Iam sure that waht herbert described (that was what I usually use) worked in almost all lyx-1.1.* versions. My current problems are completely independent of LyX, since I can't make it work even in plain (La)TeX. So it's not really an issue for this
