Having trouble importing latex to lyx

Hi, I'm using the import function of lyx to import latex to lyx. With some latex file, this works fine, but one file can't be imported, reporting: stammt von einer älteren Lyx-Version, aber das lyx2lyx-Skript konnte das Dokument nicht konvertieren. I tried Lyx 1.6.8 and Lyx 2.0 beta 3. Niko --

Hello list, I was wondering if it is possible to change the caption position of a subfigure. Said another way, I would like to place the (a), (b), (c), etc., atop each subfigure rather than beneath them as is by default. Still I must keep the main caption at the bottom... Using LyX 1.6.8 on

Dear LyX Users, Does anyone know how to export a document to a custom URL with LyX? I've been playing with the creation of e-books using the XHTML export in LyX 2.0 (and it works really well), but would like to export to a directory different than the one which holds my files. I can't seem to
