With LyX-1.1.4, if a document is open, and (perhaps accidentally) the user opens the File-Open dialogue and clicks on the file name, a popup reports that the file is already open and asks if the user wants to reload it. If the user clicks `yes' LyX-1.1.4 crashes. I believe this bug is easily

I'm hoping this will also fix the random crash problem that I and others reported earlier. Well, if so, the behaviour is re-introduced in 1.1.5cvs ;-| I had a crash today but could not reproduce it. Maybe we should all run an unstripped lyx in a debugger (like gdb) and obtain backtraces when
