I'm having a problem creating tables in LyX. I haven't been able to find
an answer to my trubles in the mailarchive, and I can't find a FAQ/Howto
(where do i find this?).
When i create a table in my document, it appears in the LyX-window, and
every thing is looking nice. But when i try to

Is something wrong on my side?

Look at the letter example in templates/letter.lyx (better yet, use the

The Signature does not print till you specify the Closing paragraph.

I don't know if this is the problem, but I asked this on this list without

It seems that linuxdoc don't like table because of the inability of lynx
to manage ascii ones on translation (sgml2ascii)
tabular tag exists in linuxdoc specifications (ie DTD), but
not in documentation.

I'm using \pagenumbering{roman} at the very first line of the document,

patch-1.1.4fix2 should be applied on top of patch-1.1.4fix1. If you are
doing that, then you should not be seeing those messages.
If you mean:
1) install 1.1.4
2) apply patch 1 to 1.1.4
3) apply patch 2 to the result of 1.1.4 + patch1
this is exactly what I did (or tried to do).

2) make distclean then apply patch1 and then immediately
Doesn't sound like a good idea to have the "Insert Cross Reference" box
list the labels indented?
The labels indented by the place where they were declared. It will be a
lot much easier to find one of them when you have (like in my case) about
250 of them.
