with the fact of Jean-Pierres answer i solved the problem! the package changebar is needed by fancyvrb. but the documentation says nothing about the fact, that this package is not loaded by fancyvrb. i had a look at fancyvrb.sty and tried lyx with \usepackage{changebar} and everything works.
