The external templates dialog (LyX/Mac-1.3.4cvs) defaults to the ChessDiagram, which is a mild annoyance, and if I do not select another option and configure it fully, the external template inserts a [Chess:] inset. How can I configure external templates to default to RasterImage, and how can I
