I am following Christian Ridderström's example from the wiki page, but
I get the following error
"LaTeX Error: Can be used only in preamble.
\bibcite{Ridderstrom:2002:SSBR}{1}"
If I look at the dvi file produced up to this point, I see the

In my german document I use several english words like "Transport
Stream", "eventIn" and so on.

Hi List;
Following a lengthy table building exercise between myself, my wife and
many of the user list regular contributors I decided to place a table
building "wish" on to the Wiki.
It has been suggested I post it here for all:

Not a complaint this really, just that I can't

Thanks, Steven. Do I go to the Terminal right AFTER I have produced one

Here are the error messages: selecting view -> pdflatex gives "File

Hello,
I have noticed that the APA layout contained a bug : the latex command
for acknowledgements in apa.cls is \acknowledgements while it is spelled
as "acknowledgments" in apa.layout.
I have changed this and also copied the abstract Style for
