In disappearing institute list in beamer - article

Hi I am not sure if this is a beamer or LyX issue: when I have a presentation with institute affiliation of the authors formated as Institute. When I change the document class to article(beamer), they are not shown. Is there anything I can do to show them, except of including them in a ArticleMode
