worked and the issues has not reappeared. I'm a bit puzzled because
I've been trying to isolate the origin of issue but had no luck. I'll

prettyref package is installed (I can include it in my document).
Nevertheless the Name-field remains inactive. What am I making wrong?

that it's a recurrent one on other LaTeX-related sites too.
I started writing my degree dissertation in LyX and it was
fine at the onset but then I suddenly fonud out the file
gets no longer compiled. I can produce neither pdf nor dvi
I'm using LyX 1.6.5 on Windows Vista 32bit and did not attempt to write
the file in a restricted location. What's more it seems to me that the
problem lies with LyX because at the beginning the file got perfectly
compiled and it was only later on when more text and more equations was
