I am making progress. Thank you very much. However, the files you sent
will not create indexes on my slackware 7.0 system. I tried them in lyx
2.0.6 and, just in case, 2.0.0. I have used these lyx programs for
years and they seem to work fine. If permitted, I will attach two files,
Why doesn't the index in the attached minimal ex. output?
Using LyX 2.0.6. on WIN8
