Just glancing at the first message, it sounds to me like the necessary
fonts aren't yet installed on your new Mac.

I think that either LyX cannot find your file or LyX's converter is
not working. Can you start a new document and then insert one of the
PDFs and compile? Do you get an error?

Also, can you start LyX from the terminal? It will give more debug information.

Just glancing at the first message, it sounds to me like the necessary
fonts aren't yet installed on your new Mac.

I think that either LyX cannot find your file or LyX's converter is
not working. Can you start a new document and then insert one of the
PDFs and compile? Do you get an error?

Also, can you start LyX from the terminal? It will give more debug information.
