I would like to run by you my solution and ask another question. I copied the files theorems-ams-bytype.module and theorems-ams-bytype.inc into my local layouts directory (with new names), then edited them accordingly. For instance, in the .inc file, for the Lemma style, inside the Preamble

Click feedback for reconfigure

Hi all, When you click Tools->Reconfigure, the computer appears to hang because reconfigure takes many seconds. I'd suggest some feedback to the user so he/she doesn't worry about the computer being hung. Best would be a progress bar or a little window showing the actual reconfigure output.
