Ok, one strange thing that has happened to me a little bit too often lately was that when quoting some literature, instead of a reference like [1] (using natbib), i only get a question mark, like [? ]. This is really strange and I don't know why it happens. Deleting the reference and recreating it

I think this argument is a little categorical. There are many frameworks that would do the version management. But choosing one for the user and recommending it by making it the default is making life for users easier. And well, the binary I downloaded was platform dependent, it was a .exe file.
